Another great video man 👍🏻 Just one advice from me. I would use compressed air to blow area around spark plugs before I remove them. You never know after so many years it maybe some sand/dirt that it can drop inside cylinder.

I had a starter that was clicking and not starting my Sportster. Turns out my battery cables had started to rot inside the insulation. After that if I get a no start I always check voltages first. And I loctite'd all my battery bolts to save some hassle.

Check the service manual for belt and chain adjustments as they need to be checked at the tightest spot and measured there otherwise you can be too tight causing other issues

Another good one, thanks. How about one on setting timing on a stock ignition EVO. I had one melt sensor in nose cone and replaced it with another. Marked before removing but with replacement, just not sure. How does one set timing?

Great question. I have tried several different cleaners but the one that works the best is Clean Quick broad range quaternary sanitizer. I run the parts through about 5 cycles with the heat on. Then I use carb cleaner to remove any cleaner left. Then air hose dry.

You talk sooooooooo SLOOOOOOOOOOOW! This video contains at best 20 minutes worth of usable information. With less mumbling and talking so slow as to put someone's to sleep along with a bit of editing this could have been much less a waste of everybody's time.

Thanks for taking the time to comment. I’m new to all this videoing stuff so be patient with me. I strive to get better with each video. One of the reasons I started this channel is so folks could feel like we are just hanging out and wrenching here in the shop. I never intended for this channel to be just instructional. And I understand that if you’re looking for a video to just quickly fix an issue you’re having, then there are much better channels than mine. And sometimes being slow pays off in the end and helps you not to forget or notice something you may have overlooked due to rushing through a job. But you are correct. I do talk slow and will pay better attention to that. Thanks again.
