I have been doing intermittent fasting from July 1st. In Jus 13 days I lost 3 kg.. I never know loosing weight is such a easy task. From 67kg, I became 64 kg. My goal is 58 kg.. @@sivashankaran4232 sure.. I have my breakfast by 11 am. Lunch by 2.30 or 3 pm n dinner at 7 pm. By 9 pm I'll drink turmeric tea. Sometimes I work in nite shift, that time it will be completely different. My work shift hrs is evening 5.30 to 2.30 am, that time I wake up at 12 noon. Have food at 2 pm, n lunch at 6.30 n dinner at 10 pm.

Hi bro..... Thanks a lot for this tips.... Myself started this fasting plan and continuing.... Today is my 11th day.... On the 1st day my weight was 90kg... Today my weight reduced to 85kg... Really it works....... Great method..... I can able to manage only because of lock down..... On the first 4 days it made me so tired.... From the 5th day it gets ok and managed...... And I have completely cut down sugar and oil......

Thank you for another interesting video. For a very long time, people were told to *eat on time.* They were warned that untimely eating would result in ulcers. This, they were told, was due to the body clock which *switched on* the secretion of Hydrochloric acid in the stomach at regular intervals; and if we did not supply food at that time, the acid would begin eating the stomach itself. I have a doubt Doctor. Suppose a person is having his 1st meal of the day at 12noon after that he is having his 2nd meal at the same day at 9pm. Next day after 16 hours of fasting he is having his 1st meal at 1.00 pm. Notice that here it is 16/9. Will it work?
