I’d recommend buying the 25kg bag and taking out weight (sandbags!) if any of the exercises are too heavy!
For workout ideas, you could do the following…
#1 Do each exercise for 60s (20 minute workout)
#2 Perform low reps (6-10 reps per exercise and go as fast as you can)
#3 High reps (15-30 reps per exercise) with minimal rest between each exercise
Always make-sure to warm up before doing the sandbag workout. I’d recommend 5-10 minutes of low intensity cardio and some warm up/ mobility drills to prepare the body for exercise.
