Great advice. I lost 13 kg by portion control, reduced sweets, Home made food(even junk food like Pizza was home made) and walking 2-3 km few days a week .Dinner a veggie soup with a small slice of garlic bread.
Very important facts that you mentioned thank you very much, have heard all those but it's really hard to go through 100 percent, but never give up. I get gastritis it's very disturbing me.❤
