The COMPLETE booty workout is here!♥︎ Home or gym - both possible. This workout includes the best exercises for a round, lifted and strong bubble butt. All you need to build a booty in just 20 minutes, without all the blabla in between. I love doing my booty workouts always with weights for more intensity, so I thought creating a complete workout with weights would be amazing. Now we just need to press play and train our booooooty! Let's go!
▪️ Intensity: Intense (not for beginners!)
▪️ Weights:
• I am using 2 kg ankle weights and a 12 kg dumbbell in this video. Please choose a weight that feels good for you! I could have also survived with a heavier one (usually training with minimum 20 kg weights), but for filming this video I thought you'd allow me to use a lighter one :D. If you're in the gym, feel free to use a barbell with a cushion!
• If you don't have weights at home, you can use a bag instead. Dense & heavy food packages like packs of flour, rice, oats, etc. would be great to fill the bag and use it as a home-made weight.
▪️ Recommendations:
• Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so.
• Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout. Imagine that you are holding a paper between your butt cheeks and try to not drop this imaginary paper. :)
• Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other booty workouts.
