Booooty on fire.♥︎ NO SQUATS, NO LUNGES, NO JUMPS - very knee-friendly but intense! This workout targets the gluteal muscles, makes your booty appear rounder and lifts it - without growing your thighs! You can do this workout also if you want to get rid of banana rolls (under butt fat). You don't need any equipment for this workout, but if your goal is to grow your booty, you can perform the exercises with ankle weights and a resistance band. Let's shape our booty lines together! :)
▪️ Intensity: Medium
▪️ Recommendations:
• Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so.
• Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout. Imagine that you are holding a paper between your butt cheeks and try to not drop this imaginary paper. :)
• Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other booty workouts.
