Include exercises such as running, jumping rope, and swimming. On most days of the week, aim to do a 30-45 minute cardio workout to burn fat. Set aside 1 rest day during the week so your body has time to relax. Use cardio as a short warm-up to a heavier workout, such as a 10-minute jog before a weightlifting routine.
