what weight amount do you suggest for people that are well trained? I only have 5 kg dumbbells, for higher weights I must pick up something at home btw, I find your workouts fabulous!

I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. kzbin.infoUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

I tried Chloe Ting for a while but I gave up, her workouts are way too tough and I feel nauseated AF after them but You!! YOUR WORKOUTS! Are so beginner friendly and helpful and the way you keep reminding to keep the correct posture is so helpful. You're doing a great job, thanks Mads!! We're so grateful for you😭❤

It’s because Chloe is way too intense and doesn’t tell you HOW to do anything properly..Maddie is the best because her work outs are the right kind of intense AND she explains everything as we go..sometimes she’ll mention something in terms of form and I’m like 😮 how did she know!!!! Lol

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Doing this again. I started last year then just quit. I was definitely seeing results especially when combined with a lot of walking. I gained about 60+ pounds and need to lose it to keep up with my very active 5 year old son. Not using a scale, just going to measure how my clothes start fitting. Here's to getting back in shape! WE can do it!!! 💜

1. Thank you for the no jumping workouts! Not only do they help me not annoy my neighbors, but im short and stocky so the jumping hurts my knees (im working on it 😂) 2. I really love the no jumping workouts a lot💖 As a wheelchair user who can stand for a certain period of time. Its really nice to do a full body workout without having to jump all the time and still have a great workout in!💪💪🤩✨💖

Not trying to be disrespectful in any way but have you ever tried those exercises people in nursing homes do? You could do them if you’re not up to standing and with resistance bands and a weight or even a book they can be super hard (I’m fully able to stand and even i found them tough sometimes when i was working there 😂)

Your workouts are the only ones i can actually push myself and be able to do(of course, not all of them and not the first times). But they seem do-able...and i'm pretty heavy!! Best workout I ever do! Before summer I train like a fool 6 times a week... but then during holidays I totally stop for like a month... but your charisma, positivity, kind persona & amazing body motivates me so so much! Thank you for your content Maddie & wishing you all the best, cause you really deserve the best:* (btw. Loving the workout with weights. 20 mins is the perfect length too. The only exercise I had to modify was the Ab In and Out with curl as it was straining my lower back. I just repeated the sit up with Russian Twist. 💕

this is my first time working out after a while! and as a child, i think i did pretty good! i tried my absolute hardest on all of them and i really pushed myself today:) i will continue to try and do this daily so i can hopefully get stronger as the weeks go by! thank you so much for this

Thank you so much for this wonderful session❤ Keeping motivation is hard!!!The point is to get up from your bed even when you don't want to. Persistency is the key! I do it in the morning, and if I keep thinking about working out, I can't get up from there. So I just think waking up, drinking water, changing into workout clothes. One action is linked to another. And once I finished, I gift myself half an hour rest. This works everytime.

This was so fun! I felt like it was different from your regular videos and I really enjoyed it! I wasn’t feeling super tired after tho so I did some front and back walkovers, handstands etc ( I used to be a gymnast lol ). Anyway thanks Maddy, love you!

I only have a 15 lb kettlebell at home so I had to modify some of the workouts because I used a heavier weight but it was still great!! Currently 9 weeks pregnant so I definitely needed a lot of breaks lol but I still did it!

You are simply the best! I love your workouts because they're challenging without being "hard". When I say hard, I mean there are some routines out there that are so taxing and demanding that it doesn't incentive me to workout. BUT you have found the sweet spot between casual and hardcore, that still gives the same results as other On Demand franchises. You are my go to if I need a satisfying burn! 🙌🏿💯

Great Workout. Perfect timing for me. The leg extension with the weight and lay back was great. Normally I struggle with that when we do it a different way. This time I lasted. thank you
