in my opinion is not about look pretty, it's more about how you could feel smiling! it's something like: i can do it, i'm doing it for my self and this make me feel good, positive... keep on ! but i understand that don't work for everyone... we are (fortunatly) all different even during pain !!

There's nothing wrong with that. Some people try to smile through the pain (myself included). It kinda distracts you from the pain a little bit and that's why they tell you to smile. It has nothing to do with looking pretty.

@@palacsinta6622 It does! If you haven't yet, maybe try her recent stretch&flexibility routine. I like to do it as a warmup for this workout. It has some wrist/forearm stretches, they are good for improving mobility and blood flow in that area. Tightness in forearms makes wrists weaker and more painful.

yall i cant be the only who has noticed that in all of her workouts that natacha's the only (or at least based on the ones i've come across) person who finishes the rep even though the timer has gone off!!! usually people just cut the rep off mid-motion or finish it sloppily once the time sounds but this queen really finishes her reps in full ROM and in control still; its in the little things they say.. and in times when i just feel really lazy it actually does push me to finish my reps properly too :")

These are literally saving my life during this time. I'm a professional dancer in training and it's my final year of University (a pivotal year) and we are at home with no intense training sessions or long periods of dancing. Please make more of these Natacha! I would also love to know your thoughts on what dancers should be eating as a lot of people say high carb low fat but I'm not sure I vouch for that. I'm a physiotherapist and my advise is to talk to a certified nutritionist who also has a look at your training plans so he / she can tell you exaclty when to eat and what to eat since you are basically an professional athlete

I surely hope she does one, but you could also swap the lower body focused moves with upper body focused moves. I sometimes do that too, so for the 45 seconds where she does an exercise I'll just do 45 seconds of a different one! Hope that helps :)

I would also like to see some workouts less quad focused :) Sometimes when its like the 1000th round of squats variations I'll just do hamstring push ups to compensate (you put your feet up on a chair while lying on your back so that your knees are 90 degrees and push with your hips so that you lift your butt from the floor)

Honestly though your workouts are the only ones that make my WHOLE body sore which I love... some other KZbin HIIT works out I’ve done only leave my legs or sometimes abs sore but yours really target my upper body too!!! So I usually do a lot of crossfit workouts but I injured my back a couple weeks ago and haven't been able to do any sort of jumping or anything requiring bending over or using weights really. I've been doing these videos to keep myself active and let me tell you!!!!! these have been the biggest blessing. They keep my heart rate up and keep me sweating and work out my entire body. I am obsessed and highly recommend these no equipment no noise videos to anyone!!!!! (especially those with back problems)

Ahhh Natacha! I love your videos. I started working out back in 2013 and I started with at home workouts. The noob gains were real I got so fit. Throughout my fitness I became obsessed with free weight training but I’ve fallen off these past couple years with a crazy work schedule. I discovered your channel a month ago when lock down began in NYC and have been doing it 3 times a week since. I'm starting to see amazing results and now I look forward to the workout! I'm cancelling my gym membership because of this. I love these 20 minute HIIT workouts - PLEASE MAKE MORE!!!

Oh my gosh, just completed this and it’s one of the best home workouts on KZbin! So achievable but still challenging which makes you feel super positive for being successful! Would highly recommend to anyone debating trying this out 😁

OMG I fell in love with this workout. I am a personaltrainer and I can tell damn sooo great exercises! I enjoyed the 20 min and they went by very quickly with a lot of sweat. Glad to have found you on youtube, keep going! I admire your work, hope to be one day with my channel as great as you are!

I love, love this workout! Honestly, I used to do the previous 20-minute full-body one all the time, but this one is so much better, as it feels way less like cardio, lol. Not that my endurance sucks or anything, but as someone whose body responds better to strength and weight training, as opposed to HIIT and explosive movements, I'm always looking for at-home workouts which include slow and controlled movements where I can focus on mind-muscle connection, instead of trying to catch my breath. Stay healthy and safe, you are one of my biggest inspirations and favorite faces of the fitness community. ♥️♥️♥️

I just put through another order of the bands ❤️ they should be available in 8 weeks time (: I know it's not ideal, I put in the order for them last year not expecting us all to rely on home workouts so they sold out even quicker than expected! I love this workout so much!! I’m a high school athlete (lacrosse) so I struggle to find workouts that challenge me while being fun at the same time. Never have I ever actually shouted, “I DID IT!!” at the end of a workout, but this one hurt so much that I actually said that when it ended. Now I’m so happy because I accomplished something. Hi Natacha I’m so glad to have found your videos! I used to be a fit avid gym go-er (5x/week) lifting heavy and had to stop after a nasty back injury. Not exercising the way I’m used to plus chronic pain from the injury has caused so much stress, depression, anxiety, you name it. I am finally READY to feel strong again and your video was the perfect challenge for me! Your movements are unique, easy to modify, and fun. Kyle Waul I think it’s because there aren’t as many explosive movements as in her other workouts. I didn’t feel out of breath as much, why is why it was easier
