This session will focus on total body strengthening using 2 x long bands and 1 x mini band. Starting off with glute activation & progressing to full body exercises for an effective workout.
🏋🏼 Bands resistance 'weight'
Purple - (32mm) Heavy Resistance 22kg - 40kg = 31kg
Black - (22mm) Medium Resistance 15kg - 29.5kg = 25kg
Orange - (13mm) Light Resistance 9kg - 17kg = 13kg

How many times a week would you recommend,is 3 times a week more than enough?

I recommend getting in at least 30 mins of daily movement ☺️ 3 x resistance training sessions a week for 30 mins is good and on the other days you could do your other training. What ever is sustainable for you in the long term 💪🏼
