After years of practicing and teaching yoga, I had a bad knee injury and have not been able to practice the way I once did. Mobility has even been an issue. I appreciate this practice so much. Very beautiful to see your husband assisting here by your side. Thank you for this. I am just starting to get back on the mat even though my practice will look much different now.

This was a perfect start to my day - thank you. As someone with ankle issues and an extremely tight pelvic and lower back area, I find it challenging to find routines which work for me. This was perfect 🥰

I’ve just done this before bed after a few months break from yoga due to mental health. Doing this video was lovely and has reminded me why yoga is so important to me. Daily practice is on the agenda again!! Thank you ❤

Thank you so much! I got hurt at work about 5 years ago and could not do any workouts. Gained 60+ lbs and have no energy. I also have bad knees and wrists. This was perfect!

That two mins talking in the beginning is really annoying. When all I want is to get started but you just want to make ppl subscribe without even knowing if you’re good or not😂? I finished listening, but I chose to write this comment and move on with other audience oriented instructors.
