Workout was fun! I was hoping to see a little more cardio. I will say they don’t recommend any prone or twisting positions past the second trimester bc the pressure it can put on the abdomen and lead to diastases. I had that condition after my first pregnancy and the prenatal PT shared to shy away from any prone or twisting of the core after the first trimester. The uterus is too heavy Other than that fun!

When I did the cobra - dog my belly was the shape of a triangle That’s bad isn’t it? I am 32 weeks

This was great ! Around 12 weeks now but heart rate beats so fast and fatigue is horrendous so these shorter workouts are perfect for me atm. May have lost some muscle but as long as I can maintain some then I'm happy with that. All meant to be good for the baby too :) thank you xx

Yes I am sure :). If your belly is quite big you can skip downward dog to cobra but everything else is great no matter how big your belly is :) Enjoy!
