Love your 15- 20 min work outs in the morning, would love to see more of them, especially as I can focus on one part of the body per day

Should you jump off footbar vs jump plate

It's not a should, they each offer different challenges so it's fun to mix it up. Clearly the jumpboard provides more space and the feet and ankles can roll which is really important. But once in a while it's great to challenge the strength of the foot and balance by jumping on the bar. Hope this helps!
