Love all of your workouts so much! Perfect mix of exercises that feel amazing as I’m getting back into better shape in my 50s and having some back issues. Love your manner, cuing, instructions - everything! The low-impact playlist is my fave so far. Would love to see a whole playlist of this type of “stretch and sculpt” for alternating days. Such an ideal blend of so many things!

Hi Mik, I found you recently and started your June challenge straight into week 2 but plan to do week 1 at the end! I’m really enjoying your workouts and just in one week have noticed a massive difference in my body and how I generally feel. Honestly feel tighter all over my body! I really really love this for an active recovery day, very relaxed, very kind to the body so I don't mind doing the alternative versions that make the exercises easier because at the end of the day it's just about moving the body on active rest days for me. This paired with a nice long walk is absolute perfection❤

Totally love your channel. Just found it! The music is peaceful, the workouts are challenging but doable (which is nice - too hard = discouraged), they're just the right size, and I love the pace. Every so many seconds and you mix it up. I'll be coming back for sure!
