20 MIN TONED ARMS WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS [Circuit Strength Training] Fit_bymary

A low-impact circuit workout to target and tone and gain strength in your arm muscles 💪🏼
20 minutes may seem like a short amount of time for a workout, but when you combine slow, controlled movements with excellent technique and continued thinking as you lift and lower with compound movements and structured rest, you can accomplish a lot in the short term. during these 20 minutes of strength.
For this upper body workout, you will need dumbbells, a mat. For me I use dumbbells for your reference of 10 kg each but I use 2 x 5 kg and 2 x 2 kg each for the shoulders and biceps!

▸ Level: Intermediate - Advanced
▸ Time: 20 Min + cool down stretches
▸ Equipment: Light Dumbbells (0 kg each but I use 2 x 5 kg and 2 x 2 kg each for the shoulders and biceps for your reference)
