Love this challenging for me routine. My hands are shorter than average for my height and lizard-plank sequence is not easy, but I am getting there. This practice is my Day #19 choice. I purchased few of your programs and wish you would do 30 days of yoga compiling 30 meditations and 30 15-20 min classes. Update: OMG!!! You have it for free on your site. You are, guys, so generous!

I'm 14 right now and ever since the pandemic started it's hard to stay active and moving, this is really helping me do that. Also I really think this will help my mental health and confidence. Things like this, even if it's just yoga, give me a better understanding of life. I think that this helps me know myself better and it inspires me. It has been two months since I got back to yoga and I am astonished with the result. I can feel and see visibly the result. My tummy was trim and on top of that I am always on a happy mood.
