My soul left my body on that amazing Upper Body Push Workout. But gosh dang it that was one of the best upper body push days to date. Arms were burning oh so good! I modified where I needed and pushed up when I could. And that's a win in my book🏆 I'll leave you all with this amazing quote I read yesterday..Everything you want is on the other side of hard! Quit playing small. Leave it all on the mat and push to places you've never pushed before. Much love Squad fam ❤

I don't usually do Sydney's stretches, but rather an energizing AM vinyasa and deep stretch yoga before bed on rest days. This is the first time I incorporate Sydney's stretch and it felt great! I'll definitely be doing them from now on!

I’ve been incorporating all your stretches daily. I’m so smashed up from working from home and sitting I do your stretches twice a day and yoga at lunch. I love your stretches they are unique and are better than most stretches I’ve found are repetitive. Some of yours are but there is always something new. I’m excited to stretch with you every day! I have been debating on incorporating your workouts also when I get a little looser. Thank you!

I felt a tension headache coming on and knew I had a lot of tightness in my neck and upper back...this helped so much! I could feel the gentle release of my muscles throughout. :) Thank you!

Wow! I feel so much better! I did the tight hamstring and low back stretch right after this one too because Im so sore from Friday's leg day and also my back is learning how to handle the increased weight(yay I found a pair of 25 lb dumbbells and I can lift them!).
