Man, Rob’s workouts really push the limits! Toe squats AND six-count burpees in the same round? You definitely put in the work - loved the ‘foot day’ comment, who even thinks about training feet? 😂 Awesome effort, Duncan! Best wishes!

What can I say Duncan. That wasn't pretty to watch but boy was that awsome. Well done mate, thank you for showing me how it's done. Having tried this updated version a few times now, I could see where you were getting punished and you just went into another gear. That was brilliant. You sir are a legend.

Cheers Rob! Enjoyed it and as I said, it was surprisingly hard on the upper body. Sounds like your injuries have forced you to take a step or two back and a workout like this will expose any weakness, but your last two attempts have been much better so I predict you will be back to sub 20 soon... Mind you, once you get this one nailed, there is the Killer 25 waiting...for us both! 😄

If I ever nail it 🤣🤣. I want to perfect the form then advance the reps. I love the idea of jump squats although i will never be able to do dips again so their out. .
@duncanwalshfitnessweightlo93293 ай бұрын
@rob-boticscalisthenicshome6355 You definitely will. I prefer the pull ups over dips. A pull and a push exercise rather than 2 push...

Pikes feel awkward, good first attempt! They get really hard the more accute the V angle, with just a bit of difference in angle, i go from able to do 20 reps to only 2 reps. Pull-ups form is hard to keep knowing you're doing ten for time and part of a circuit. I'd program rows in a circuit for the endurance aspect, keep pull-ups as technical skill work, separate weighted bodybuilding sets. Same with dips for me. Thats a theory i had a few years ago, horizontal stuff is best for circuits and nunbers, vertical for technical and low number loading
@duncanwalshfitnessweightlo93293 ай бұрын
Yes, going for time stuff is a battle to maintain form. The pull ups was just a loss of concentration. I was more trying to remember what the next exercise was. Rob enjoyed my floundering about though. If you go to his channel you will see it inspired him to go for it again himself after his challenges with injuries, so it was worth it for that!😄
