I've heard Sydney advise to walk through a doorway with your hands at 90 degrees. I did that and it helped with the soreness.

This stretch felt soo good as I carry a ton of tension In my upper back, neck, shoulders and am also nursing my son right now so spend a lot of time sitting in a chair with a rounded back and shoulders(it’s so hard to keep good posture while nursing...at least for me) 😩. Unfortunately my left trap area I had act up in February of 2020 woke me up again last night so unfortunately I don’t thing snatches an Turkish get ups will make it any happier today so I’ll be doing this again I think. Ill see if I can’t get it straightened out before it’s really bad again.

I have been suffering with 3 day/once a month migraines for the past few years. Coffee/Ibuprofen sometimes helped , sometimes not. After finding you Sydney and loving your workouts, I tried your neck and shoulder stretches when I woke up with a migraine and miraculously it worked right away. You are magic! Thank you so much!

I love love your mobility and stretching videos. I am a crossfitter and Ive been neglecting stretching and mobility. Now Im finding as I get stronger and stronger my muscles are shortening and my body is getting tight and sore. Your videos are very well done and explain things very well. And I love that you commit to the workout yourself.

These stretches were terrific. I feel like I need to devote 20 minutes after each workout to foam roll and do these types of stretches to minimize all the soreness. I have throughly enjoyed these stretches and have recently introduced my 15 year old son and golf player to these stretches as well. It was recommended that he start a stretching routine, and these are perfect for him. Thank you, Sydney and Dustin. :)

It's my first workout after COVID-19 break. I feel so good. I so missed ... I have to turn back to workout very slowly, so in next week only strech but after that I will be ready for the max power 🎯💕

Great stretch. I'm also a massage therapist, so I use my upper body A LOT in the forward position. This made me feel GREAT, especially since I woke up with a headache. Bonus: I added a lower jaw protrusion during the next extensions for an added stretch to the front of the neck.

This is my go to upper body stretch. I've tried numerous ones on YT and yours is by far the best. It targets all my tight and sore upper body muscles especially after a workout. I feel so relaxed afterwards. Thank you.
