This is my first time trying one of your videos. I’m 62 and have arthritis. I had a shoulder replacement in 2019 and have had four knee surgeries, along with several hand surgeries, muscle tension in my neck, back, and shoulders, and back pain. Most videos are just too hard for me to follow and not feel like I’m hurting my body. This one felt wonderful! The stretches were slow and steady, and even though a few muscles protested being stretched, my joints had no issues. I plan to do this one daily, and I’m looking forward to exploring more of your videos. Bless you for creating videos that those of us who are older and have joint issues can use for healing.

I have been healing acute sciatica nerve pain as well as piriformis syndrome...I have tried so many remedies from yoga to exercise to walking and none of them have worked as well as this qi gong video. My lower back feels great after doing this video...thank you and many blessings for making this video

Thank you so much ,I have pulled back so badley can’t move around , I have To lay on the floor on the floor To relieve the pain , so I have to keep it moving , the Qi gong exercises you have shown are A life saver 🙏 thank you

I had spinal fusion a year ago. The pain and numbness in my leg is sometimes unbearable. My acupuncturist has recommended Qigong exercises for me. I found you will researching other exercises. I feel so much better. Using this with my yoga practice. thank you

I used to practice Shaolin Kung fu and Sifu introduced me to Chi Gong, At a certain point in my life I even gave initial introduction to Qi Gong and Vipassana in Koh Samui. It took an MRI to reveal my back is completely 'total loss' 7 discs are worn out. I started checking the art out again for I had lost the habit. I stumbled upon you. Now I practice again, every morning. I'm still looking for an evening routine. Thanks for the motivation.🙏

A valuable routine, which has helped greatly over the last couple of days with a minor back injury - releasing the tension and re-establishing flexibility. It is also great for re-energising at the end of the day. Thank you, Kseny.

Thank you SO much Kseny!! I've had chronic pain in my entire spine & my entire body would hurt whenever I would want to stretch. I used to be a yoga practitioner, and couldn't practice nor teach yoga anymore. Thank you Kseny, I started these exercises because I was suffering from chronic back pain and I was not able to sleep in various positions. After 2 days of exercises, I am sleeping like a small baby!!!! I have decided to integrate those exercises in my routine life and start learning Taichi. Thank you again.

Did this practice again today after sitting at laptop most of the afternoon. With the first few stretches my back was more mobile. Amazing how quickly just a few stretches and releases can ease the pain. I struggle with the belly breathing but a great routine, I love it!

Started a new ‘beginner’ stretch routine and by the 3rd day the lower back was stiff and hurt. I knew this would help and it did.

Lovely routine ~my lower back which can easily go into spasm. All the moves felt very anchored and safe and my body felt very reassured by what I was asking it to do ~ if that makes sense. Thank you x

Hi Kseny, Just had a complete hip replacement into my 7th day after the operation so thought I would try this lower back session as prior to the operation I followed your sessions which did help significantly. This lower back and hip session has been a great help this evening and has released muscles that were beginning to feel quite tight so I'm back with you again! Hoping that in five weeks when I see the consultant he will be able to say Wow with the progress I have made through doing qigong. Thank you.

I am so glad I found your video on back pain relief. I was kicked in my back by a horse 9 months again, and have had constant tension because of the pain in my lower back area. Your gentle routine allowed the trapped tension to be released and I felt relaxation in my muscles for the first time in months.Thank you (Namaste)

Thank you SO MUCH for this video. I hurt my back, and am unable to take anti-inflammatories because of an anaphylactic reaction to them. This has been SUCH a blessing! It has brought me a great deal of pain relief. Whenever I am feeling tight and it's feeling painful, I do this series of stretches. I'm very grateful. Thank you!
