Ooooh! This one's great, Lauren! You know, it all looks so deceptively easy at first...chuckle, chuckle....but when I crank it up a few notches- it's a GREAT challenge. I liked doing all the moves without weights first, just to really focus on form, getting the muscle memory kinda locked in. Then with the weights added, it felt smooth & controlled. All the moves are so fresh- like you tweaked them just enough to make em new! AND doing high-knees super slow was a nice balance challenge & so much HARDER when I can't lean on momentum to kinda cheat! My core will feel those slow high knees tomorrow I bet. So thank you for another GREAT workout!

I was just diagnosed with POTS and their main advice was to start rebuilding my strength for my health. Working out felt impossible, especially with the typical hour long workouts and these super advanced cardio moves that depleted all my energy for the day. At the same time, I’m only in my 20s, I still want to be active. I stumbled upon your page and have been doing your workouts 5 days a week. The weekly playlists for the month help TREMENDOUSLY!!!! I don’t have to worry about picking and choosing a regimen that will benefit me. I’m challenged enough that I feel muscle building, but never pushed too far where I end up feeling sick. And your kind words of encouragement and explaining *why* these exercises are important does wonders for me. I am so so grateful for your page, thank you.

You're workouts have quickly become my favorites! I'm not a beginner nor a senior, yet I find these SO satisfying. They're well balanced, and you do such a great job of warming us up and cooling us down. When I want more challenge, I just up the weights. I love that I can do these and still have energy for my day. I always feel challenged, yet not exhausted. GREAT work, and thank you so much for offering these workouts for us!!

I always look forward to your latest video, Lauren. I liked this because I can imagine re visiting it over time with progressively heavier weights - and that there was a big portion of it that included strength training. I have to say though - almost all your videos include both cardio and strength in the best non boring way. I also appreciate the squats and variations on squats included because i feel like they are so helpful to my general fitness and knee strength. I know not everyone one likes them .

Your workouts never disappoint. You always have the right combination of effort and length, not just for older bodies but for younger bodies and challenged bodies. You inherently have a depth of understanding of the female body that most other trainers don’t get right. I hope you will keep doing this amazing work.

Lauren words cannot begin to describe how much I value your classes. I have been strongly into fitness all my life, (not a competitive bone in my body) but find I get bored when I can predict what’s coming next. I’ve done gyms and fitness classes but I prefer to work out alone in my home gym, which used to be a guest bedroom. I’m 73 now, and you are part of my morning routine. We spend an hour to an hour and a half together. I stack the classes. Just love the variety! And that I can crank it up or not. The only thing I would ask is more one hour cardio and strength classes. Well, everything for that matter! Thank you so very much.

I so love doing these exercises. I pick them randomly and do every time a different video so I don't get bored lol. I am 61 and had a hip replacement and these exercises are just amazing. I have also found out how I have no flexibility in my body especially when doing exercises on the floor or against the wall, so much pain in my mid back. I combine the exercises with my 1 hour walks outside. Thank you so much. You are doing such a great job. And I am watching from Australia 🙂.

Great workout (as usual)! I appreciated doing the first round without weights, so that by the time I got to the second round with weights, I knew the moves and could concentrate on my form. It's amazing to me how you can come up with all of these moves to make sure we get a lot of variety, which I love. Thank you!

Great one for strength especially when doing the first round without weights to get an idea of the movements and to focus on form and then the second round with weights to really get in there and feel the muscles working. Such a good workout. Thank you. This made such an improvement on my hamstrings & hip joints as they have been clamped up from my herniated disc & OA & the exercises for the back of our body was great to help strengthen the whole back portion of our body. Even got the blood flowing in my toe joints where I have OA/bunion. The hand exercises are a great too for OA joints in fingers. Then the added bonus of the weights for cardio 😊 believe me I was puffing in this bit. 😊 The whole workout was marvelous. Well done Lauren! Thank you.

Hi Lauren, nice workout... you are so easy to follow. I've done a lot of different workout programs through the years but I always find myself switching for some reason or another. I think I'm sticking around. You've nailed workouts for active seniors. Thanks

The time flew on this workout, I really must've been enjoying it!! I never liked doing weights, as PTs always made you lift heavy ones, & I always bulked up. These workouts with the lighter weights have become my faves now!

I love the 30 day challenge… I get up every morning and look for the workout. It makes me feel really good. Perhaps you could do a 28 day challenge for February

I am new to your channel but really liking all the moves already. I do Zumba 3 times a week. I’m 62 years old and my doctor told me I have to do weight training as well to build muscles and strengthen my bones. I find your steps are the perfect match to my cardiovascular exercises. Thank you for such a great work.
