I LOVE workouts that don’t repeat exercises! Something about running through a round 4 times fills me with dread. Am I the only one?

I do any of the popsugar vids! one daily if its the 30 0r 40 min ones and 2-3 if its the 20 or 10 min videos :D also if you don't already I recommend you change your eating to healthier options like cutting off sugar drink only drink water!

Ive been doing it for 7 months. I started the same as you! I love yoga haha and I know its hard try before and after pics. I felt the same about not seeing a change at first but since I reached my goal I compared the before and after pics and the difference is there! :D Just keep positive! its a slow process for you to see the change in yourself because we see our bodies in reflections everyday so we don't really notice a difference but trust me keep at it! its definitely worth it in the end! and if you need any motivation or have any more questions just message me :) ! Im so happy at your weight loss! keep at it!

Killer awesome workout! I would just love if you reminded your guests what Popsugar is all about - didn't love hearing Astrid talk about people judging you at red lights. Anna is always so empowering in her encouragement so it'd be good for you to remind your guests of that. Loved the workout itself, though!

Super challenging!! My heart was pounding the whole time! - In the cool-down, it would've been nice to have a stretch for the wrists since there were so many exercises that had your wrists taking your weight.

Whenever I do a workout with Astrid, I end up with a super sore back :( I'm not sure which moves are doing it, but I've learned to steer clear of her all together! I love Anna's videos, though. Many of them are cardio intensive, which is what I'm looking for.

Emily Keener I have to watch my back too. Those twister burpees look like they might hurt my back. I also can never do those moves when you roll your body back and forth, left to right.

Some of the comments the women make in your videos is not body positive at all; just reinforces the impossible standards women are held to. Lets try to be more uplifting and accepting Popsugar. I notice this in a lot of your videos and it’s a big turnoff for me even though I’m thin, strong and do fit that beauty standard. Think about the women who are different and trying their best. They may never get that flat tummy but what’s important is that they’re trying to get healthy and strong.

@@msjahnvip I think it was primarily the "people will be judging you at a red light" comment. I think Astrid was joking because everyone is super judgmental about appearances especially in LA, however she made it seem that you have to look super fit and skinny to be acceptable.

Yes I love it... I've been doing the 40 min beginner workout for only a wee and I've seen results.. My ass is bigger lol... My sides have shrinked... Maybe I didn't loose weight just year but I definitely lost inches..I can feel muscles I didn't know I had in my legs😁😁😁 thank you @Popsugar Fitness

+amelieschulz Hi Amelie, I noticed that you did not receive a reply by anyone. I am a fitness coach myself and I can tell you that there is always the option to do workouts with your bodyweight only. You have to find your own pace and level. Of course the Cardio effect is less without the extra added weight especially for the moves above your head. But nevertheless you should listen to your body and if weights are too much for you at this point, do the exercises without and work yourself up slowly. But make sure to keep challenging yourself.
