I have the 2023 CT5-V (Blaze Orange Metallic) and I had no idea how much larger it was than the CT4-V. That back legroom is a little shocking.

Nice! I love how the Blaze Orange Metallic looks. The first thing I noticed between the 2 cars was the backseat room, I could actually fit in the CT5-V pretty comfortably and there’s no way I can even fit in the CT4-V.

Same!!! Have two Cadis currently. Trading my 2014 ats 102k miles for the 5-V & have a 2012 cts-v (lightly modded) 130k miles. Both paid off. New blaze orange 5-V (will be my daily) which will be here tomorrow (delivery). It’s almost too affordable & too beautiful of a car 😂. I’ll never understand how people rag on Cadillac. I have had minimal issues over the yrs. Only issues Cadillac has given me is valve cover gaskets, VVT sensors & rear end replacements & I’ve owned 5 in my lifetime @ 28. May all the Cadidaddies & cadimommies ride smooth, safe & in style 🫡 Review very much appreciated.

I have a '23 CT5-V RWD also with the platinum package and picked it over the CT4-V because of its extra space and power and somewhat more refined interior. They're both nice and although but I am not crazy about the rear end of the 4, I could live with it. I garaged mine last winter as I keep it on a low sodium diet...

I hope you can do this video again with the black wings. Im gonna be deciding on my first new car next year so this was a huge help. The ct4 not having the annoying digital mirror, no 360⁰ camera and actual door handles was a huge seller for me. The black wing makes it same as a ct5 just with manual thankfully so going from my die hard 80s gbody cars i drive and the wifes 07 lexus im grateful the ct4 is lacking all the unnecessary new creature comforts of the ct5

I have a 2020 CT4V series raven black things are rocket ship I love it I'm trying to order a 2024 CT4 black wing but they can't take my order until they get an allocation I definitely love this car I traded in a 2020 CT6 luxury which I do miss but this car is grown on me it's fun to drive it's responsive and I get more compliments on this car than ever all the cars I've ever had and I've had 75 in my lifetime So I can't wait to get my new one as soon as they tell me it's gonna be built it'll be mine it'll be mine it's the last 1 Oh as far as the CT5 where they ruined the CT5 was the C pillar it looks Like a Nissan altimer

I agree with every single thing you’ve said 😂. This car really is a rocket ship, it’s so responsive and almost daily I get compliments on it. This car is just incredible! So much fun to daily drive. The 2024 CT4 Blackwing is amazing, you will love it. I heard the allocations are hard to get.

How do allocations work? My dealer took my order and submitted it. Now I’m told need to wait for an allocation. Does my order in any way trigger an allocation? Not sure if getting a larger dealer to order one for me would increase my chances? Anyone with info or thoughts please?

I love Cadillac. Not only for there late model stuff. I grew upon a few different caddy models. The 5k spoiler is enough to dislike them. They make amazing cars but they do such a shit job marketing them!! they have more manual transmissions then most brands but awd options and anywhere from 275 to 668 hp, i4 turbos, v6, v6tt,v8 fwd, v8sc and even a v8 tt! this brand has done everything and makes amazing cars that reviews rave about and yet can’t make a profit it baffles me!!

We love these cars! You’re right, Cadillac offers an amazing variety of cars, transmissions and engines. It’s hard to find new manual cars these days with a supercharged V8 making 668 hp! Hopefully Cadillac will continue making these cars for years to come!

For whatever reason these are unsung hero’s in the used car market but are unloved new. Maybe I’m not used to a more expensive car but these cars are home runs. I do wish the n/a v8 was in the ct4 blackwing though

Yeah you’re right, the CT4-V handles better because it’s a smaller car than the CT5-V. It’s a very nimble car.

360 HP, 405T!? Those are insane numbers! Does that mean it burns the tires off up to 90MPH and tops out at 150? I've never seen such a ratio. Both are nuts! Seems like they'll kill it low end and fizzle out though

@TwiinsGarage every review says the CT4 V does 0-60 in 4.5 seconds some day 4.4 some say 4.5 no one that reviews them says 4.8. I'm going to wait save up more and get the CT4 V Blackwing 0-60 on this car is 3.8 Seconds faster than the 2023 SS.

​@betochipistube6543 I calculated the power to weight ratio for both cars. The CT5-V has more horsepower but, also has a heavier curb weight. The power to weight ratio of the CT5-V is only a 64th of a thousand better than the CT4-V (0.0064). I think the CT4-V is faster from 0 to 60 because of its smaller wheel diameter which technically allows more rotations of the wheels faster. The lighter curb weight and all those factors put together allows the CT4-V to be faster from 0 to 60.
