Oh my goodness! This Yoga Nidra is a precious gift for the calling of winter where nature slows down, rests or hibernate. Yes! We live in a world that has become like forbidden to just be there, here and now, doing nothing -apparently-. However, this practice takes us to reconnect with our selves and with the rhythm of nature. Thank you so much!

She passed away a few dsys ago and I'm sure that peace helprd her let goof ghe fesr and struggle of yrsrs of pain . I just shsred this audio with her sisters , eho are grieving .
