1:58 I doubt the most expensive Camry will only top at $36k. I bet the AWD top trip will by $42k easily, plus dealer markups of course. The current gen, with the V6 XSE tops at $38k incl. destination

A lot of XSEs aren’t fully loaded. A fully loaded XSE V6 is closer to $42K before taxes. Most XSEs don’t have the birdseye view camera, parking sensors or the panoramic sunroof

I was disappointed to find that the Camry was all locked up at the Auto Show. I still remember when "This is a Prototype" meant something. Now manufacturers put that verbiage on anything they don't want people sitting in. I'm also surprised they didn't let the press in for real footage of the interiors. This is clearly a production-ready vehicle, that's no "prototype" on display.

It was just in a corner and I don't even know if most people realized it was the new Camry. It's a bit disappointing. I was hoping for something more stylish. It's nice enough, but after the Prius styling, disappointing.

When you shop for your car make sure to check the maroney sticker on your vehicle. It might help make a more conscious decision on the price based on the features in the vehicle. Factory installed options usually have a hard price, but dealer markups usually only happen if a car is rare

Old version hybrid LE average 47mph I'm currently at 196k on my 2020 LE. I do alot of traveling for work and looking to upgrade to the xle those seats should be more comfortable for long drives. Will lose some mpgs but looking for more comfort

The 2018 Camry makes me wish they’d waited until 2020 to release the current Camry. This style has undergone several changes since it launched, but not including Android Auto or Apple Car play wasn’t fair to people with the earlier Camrys from this model

The starting price of this car is expected to be just over $30,000, not the $28,000 CR is saying here (not sure where that low ball number came from). That is up from the last generation which starts at $26,400. So you are going to be paying the $5000 penalty in buying the hybrid over the existing gas car. Guess they have to do this with all the rule changes coming in the USA.

You can never go wrong with a Camry. Peace of mind due to reliability. Very comfortable when on the Go. Good mileage as well. Not to mention low depreciation. And to cap it all the New Model is breathtakingly beautiful.

Interior is nice for a reasonably priced car. The rear end looks like a Honda design. The grille looks like a cheap body shop did not mask off the plastic and painted the whole thing body color after a collision. Glad to see Toyota did not abandon the midsize car like virtually all US manufacturers.

I used to like them, but after replacing 3 low profile all season tires past 6 months alone due to potholes.. I’m done with them. The aesthetics aren’t the best trade off for ‘style’. I don’t get why Lexus does it on the new GX luxury models. Makes little to no sense practicality wise.

I bought a 2024 Camry SE. I didn't want a hybrid(more problems), I didn't want AWD(more problems), I don't want blind spot warning(more problems). Love the 2024. Go with a 2024 non hybrid.

Camry lasts forever and most have a lot of miles. Buying new 19 inch tires is a lot more expensive than 17inch tires. A small pothole or curb will ruin those rims costing thousands of dollars. Whatever happened to aerodynamic wheels. Bad value .

Toyota and Honda have been slow to adopt all electric technology. Nokia and Kodak were leaders in their fields that were also slow to adopt new technology. We will see if Toyota is still a market leader in 5 years or if they lose market share to ore nimble companies adopting new technology.

I love how Toyota and Honda are not yielding to the pressure of going all EVs. ICE/HEV and PHEV would continue steadily for the next 30 years. I will choose this Camry hybrid AWD above the Telsa M3 dual motor/performance anyday and anytime. I am sure it would last longer, depreciate slower, and lower insurance cost

Are you thinking of the Corolla? The cheapest normal (non-hybrid) 2024 Camry LE starts at over $26k today. The cheapest 2024 hybrid starts at just under $29k. If the 2025 base model (hybrid only) starts at about $28k (01:58), Toyota is actually keeping prices down already but they are not going to drop prices by $5k.
