Hello Shellea. I just wanted to tell you how very grateful I am to have found your channel. I have been Nordic walking/jogging for so many years. Lately, my hips and knees have really been bothering me. Now winter has set in. I have only been doing your workouts for a week. I just can't believe how GOOD I feel during & after. I never thought it possible to workout in the home and really obtain any results. How wrong I was. I am 57 and struggling with menopause. Your kind spirit has lifted me... a million thank yous!

Great video. I did drop my weights in each exercise as I felt need. So grateful for your workouts. They are effective! And I don't have to be doing HIIT or beating my knees up on a run to get good exercise!

First time doing weights, I have been doing your knee exercises for the last year or so and find them brilliant! I loved this weights workout, I used two 400g tins as i had no weights, glad i did cos I'm gonna buy only 1ib weights to start with! What i love about your workouts is that they are long enough to make you feel you achieved something but short enough to motivate you to do them every day. Your positivity is just gorgeous Shelley. I'm 41 and a big Girl. Doing this 2 times a week for 1.5 months now, and can seriously see my arms get more defined. Also my cloths are slowly fitting better around my upper arms. ❤ Thank you for this easy, yet effective workout.

May I suggest that you buy a set of dumbbell weights that are one and two sizes up from what you’re currently can lift. And when you can easily do a set of 10 without too much strain, pick up the next. This is going to help you build more muscle and lose more weight. You are a star 💃

Wow, this surprised me at how challenging it was. I had to lower my arms a few times. I will keep this one in the lineup and work into being able to complete it all the wat through without lowering the weights. Thank you for these workouts and mostly for your encouragement. 💛

Love this exercise! Much harder than it looks but doable. I like the instrumental only music too. I am working on reversing osteopenia naturally so anything with weights I appreciate. And of course I appreciate all you do to motivate me and so many other mature women to be healthy.

Good morning! Was able to do most of the exercises with two 3lb dumbbell weights but had to put them down for a couple. Still, this is a good workout if you need a quick stretch or if the weathers bad. Thank you for posting it!

Great upper body and arms work today! I started with 5 pounds but reduced to 2 pounds. Worked even better as I had more flex with the lighter weight. Thank you especially for the 50 second stretch at the very end.

WHEW!!! This was wonderful for the arms but it was HARD near the end, especially holding the arms up. I had to drop my arms a couple of times, but then started up again a few seconds later to continue with the move. I used 3-lb weights, but will use smaller weights next time and will work my way up gradually from there as I progress!

Used 2kg dumbbells and found this to be an amazing workout. I’m 52 and physically quite strong and found it challenging but doable. ❤

Loving your video's. For a while I had been looking for a video that would be good for my arms, then I came across your's about a month ago. I have been doing the arms work out daily twice a day. And the results is amazing I am falling in love with my arms again. I couldn't believe the flappy creeped up on me. I am in Australia, we are in our summer. I am looking forward to start wearing nice singlet tops and dresses again. Never give up ladies it really works.
