Wow it got my heart rate up as high as when I ride my spin bike! I will alternate this with spin, love it! I can't walk well due to ankle hardware/stiffness. this is perfect, and I love the electro music too! this made me happy! I am 64 this year!

OH MY GOODNESS...Thank you...I have subscribed to your channel but never did the workout...always put aside saying oh I will get to it. I did this one today and my shoulder feels so much better and something I can do safely with my bad knee...Thank you...going to do your work outs daily...
