Loved this workout. I have severe lower back problems so I can't stand a long time. This works for me. I have found chair strength workouts but a great seated cardio dance is rare. Thank you.

Oh my goodness, this is perfect for me!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! since I've never done this.. even low impact is a work out for me, I've tried sit and be fit which is also good.. but because of my bones sometimes using a towel or band is still hard for me.. this I can do at my own pace and build up and be as careful as I can (I have brittle bones "OI" and at the moment can't use my legs much but needed some sort of light work out with arms and upper body!!!!

I enjoyed this low impact chair aerobic... I'm going to use this everyday to build more stamina, instead of doing nothing consistently everyday! I watch this video I think I will try to do these exercises I have knee problem arthritis in my both knees I can not stand for long time I am doing some exersisic in sitting position I am also dibatic also plz give me some advise doc told me about knee surgery but I do not want surgery plz halo me thanks

Thank you for your sharing your thoughts. This video was filmed 6 months after my spinal cord surgery. They were able to save my arm. It was tough at first not being able to use my arm with full strength. But now I have regained full use and strength. You will need ask your doctor what alternatives there are besides the knee surgery.

Thanks you gave me back response how is now your health how it happened God bless you you know I aften watch your almost all videos and I did some exercises from your videos on the chair because I can't do standing exercises because of my knees. I think doc is telling like what ever they like but I do not want do surgery because I saw some people does not get recovery after surgery once one doc told me if this time you walk this much may be after surgery you can't so I am afraid now so I wNt to do exersisic may be I will get some difference when you get so much difference I hope I will thanks God bless you I am a elder lady not young please give me some advice plz
