I did fake business for the first time yesterday, I was sitting at home when a Reality Agent called me, out of the no where! They asked me if I was still interested in the Property down the road. They were asking 470.000.00 dollars for a duplex. My first thought was is this Tim Dillion calling me to bust my balls, but no it was legitimate on the caller's part. So I went to the Tim Dillion mode! Tim is right it's fun! By the end of the conversation I made a counter offer of 290.000.00 dollars and I really pissed the Reality guy off, which he told me his name was Mr. T! Can't make this stuff up my friend's! I might be on lock down, but it's cool that I can do fake business without calling anyone! Thank you Tim Dillion, yesterday was awesome and I laughed so hard my stomach hurt!
