At first I had the thought of “woah 25 habits is a lot.” But, so many of these are such small daily habits that they don’t feel overwhelming. The smallest addition or subtraction can do great things!

I love seeing someone else eat "dinner" for breakfast! I can't stand eating eggs, and in order to get high protein for breakfast, I've been eating ground beef. It cooks SO fast, and one pound lasts me 3-4 days, depending on what I'm making. I have two favorite dishes for breakfast with beef: a beef, black been and cheese burrito and beef stroganoff (no pasta). I can cook this up within 15 minutes one morning, and have breakfast for a few days. It gives me so much energy, keeps me satisfied and full until lunch, and regulates my blood sugar so I don't snack or get hangry. I'd definitely recommend do anyone who hates eggs but wants a high protein, low carb breakfast.

Cambria this video is so well put together. I saved this so I can watch it whenever I need a reminder of how to set up my day!! I’ve been journaling every night so far this year and it has helped SO MUCH. ❤

Your right vitamin B is sooo important. My sister and I get our vitamin B through nutritional yeast. We use nutritional yeast with cashews and other ingredients to make a protein rich cashew sauce. Your videos are so inspiring. We have been using cabbage ourselves as well in our cooking. I made low calorie cabbage rolls a little while back. Love the videos and the talks you do. By the way the flourish guide you put out has helped me read the bible and do a devotional each day. Thanks 😊

I love these! Morning reading / devotionals is something I started this year and I also noticed a significant impact on my heart rate, mood, and overall stress. It has been incredible. I've been wanting to incorporate journaling into this practice as well to really solidify those thoughts / prayers. Having more fun is a big one for me too. This year is all about getting stress levels down and living a healthier, slower, more fulfilling life! Thanks for always being an inspiration.

I love the idea of having warm foods for breakfast especially during these colder months! I am definitely going to integrate the habit of reading in the mornings over scrolling on my phone! My nervous system feels so much calmer after reading! Sending lots of love and thanks to you! We need more people like you investing their time into women's health

Things I couldn’t do because of my job. My stressful toxic job that gave me an anxiety disorder by the end of the year, I went to the hospital more times that I can count. When I came back I decided to quit for my sake and my health. I said thank you for the opportunity but goodbye. This video gives me a new way of life that I want to practice, for me, my daughter and my family, now more than ever I want to pull myself together and be who I was before and better!!!

Love love your videos, so helpful and informative 😊. Last year one of the reasons I ended up in hospital was because of Ashwaganda unfortunately because apparently it is a Nightshade and because of that it was causing non stop mucus production which led to pneumonia. Please may you advise on that Cambria 🙏🏼. Even though the hospital experience was traumatic, I thank GOD everyday for my health. Sending lots of love from South Africa 🇿🇦 😊 GOD Bless you guys

Cambria, love this video and incredibly grateful for the content you create. Could you please provide your opinion on running and strength training on an empty stomach? I think this could be a video in itself of how to schedule workouts for optimal health in woman.

hi cam! could you talk a little bit about menopause and what to do to help with that from your learning and how to help with the symptoms of going through that?? i have a friend that is struggling mentally and physically as she has begun this part of womanhood. i would love to be able to share some good nuggets of truth from you if you are able to speak on this topic some! i know you would be so encouraging in your method to speak on it, because all you do is sweet to the soul and truly life giving because you speak from a God-lens. 🫶🏼🥹
