Join me for this week’s 25 minute vinyasa yoga flow, a full body practice designed to improve your strength, balance and flexibility in a mindful way, for a well-rounded stretch & workout you can re-visit again and again.
This flow is suitable for all levels of practice, although beginners may find some of the transitions a little challenging.
