Join us for the ultimate tropical yoga class experience in the heart of beautiful Costa Rica with our '25 Minutes Balanced Flow' class. Immerse yourself in the serene sights and sounds of the natural beauty as you embark on a rejuvenating journey through yoga postures that focus on balance and strength. This dynamic and invigorating class seamlessly weaves together postures that challenge your equilibrium, including a variety of balancing postures on both your feet and hands. With the soothing sounds of nature as your backdrop, you'll find inner harmony while enhancing your physical balance and flexibility.
Postures include, but are not limited to one legged balances such as standing staff, standing big toe hold, airplane pose, standing half lotus and toe balance, dancer, half moon and balance chair and balance goddess. Poses on your hands and on the floor include three-legged plank and chaturanga, side plank with big toe hold, boat and upward angle. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class promises to leave you feeling energized and refreshed in just 25 minutes, allowing you to fully savor both the challenging and relaxing postures throughout class.

Erin, I made my yoga practice a daily ritual during the pandemic. I use your flows all the time. I find your voice calms and reassures me. Sometimes your dog chases after a bird and we share a laugh. I thank you for putting yourself out into the world bc you amplify peace and kindness. Namaste

Like a number of the other comments, I’ve been practicing with you for years! Thank you for the diversity of your practices. This was a super fun! Could you do a similar one that’s longer? Also, toe balance is one of my goals so I’d love to have classes that work towards it- my ankles are tight so half lotus is challenging. Mermaid is another peak pose I’d love to learn. Thanks for everything!

Since hitting that wonderful age of 50 now have started to struggle with a lot of the balancing poses. I still do them, but there are definitely more wobbles and falling out. Never mind there’s often lots of giggling when I’m doing my yoga these days 😂😂

Oof. Erin, I don't know how you can hold poses for so long on just one foot. I always have to break out of them early because my ankle gets on fire (in a good way)! I've had many ankle sprains in life and these balance practices are fantastic for me. Thank you again for sharing your classes with us. Happy Holidays.

Glad you enjoyed it! yes, holding poses takes a lot of patience and practice, believe me, I have my fair share of poses that just don't want to stay for very long :) keep it up and it'll get easier and easier each time :)

Erin, it was absolutely fantastic ! Love the quick pace of this flow. It was exactly what I needed today, was trapped / stucked in a bad mood loop, and I know balance poses are ideal to shift perspective... And here I am, now, calmer and apeased. Thank you so much🙏 P.S. : is it me, or it's the very first time you call malasana "crow squat" ?

Thanks for another great video, Erin. To me, the background noises sounded louder than usual, so it was a little difficult to hear your instructions. I'm used to your instructions, so it was okay, but perhaps could be difficult for someone new to your voice.
