Been through a lot of different channels before I found you guys. By far the best stretches I’ve found. Nothing crazy that hurts my hips or knees, always loosen my whole body up, and no impossible Pilates positions. Thank you guys so much!!! The BEST by far.

Week 2: Thursday My favourite stretch was the Side Lat Stretch... it felt sooo good! I’m feeling amazing at this point in week 2, I can’t wait to get home from work and do the workouts. My cat usually comes and sits on the mat with me whilst I’m working out 🥰 🐈👊

I try to always knock out my workouts in the morning, but knew I needed to rest this morning before my sons soccer training. I’m actually relieved I did this tonight as it was a perfect way to unwind. And agree, I fall victim of not stretching properly everyday. Thank you Juice and Toya! I’m ready for Week 2 Challenge! ✨

The most area that was sore & hurt to move was under my arms/armpit area and my favorite stretch is side/lat.🧘🏼‍♀️ I did do Fridays workout because I will be getting my covid vaccine 💉tomorrow but I COMPLETED ✅ !! Did this yesterday and combined it with W2D3 today! (Glad I took my rest day yesterday - shoulder is feeling much better). Really appreciated the upper body stretches. Been doing my best to get in a gallon of water, eating right and staying consistent with the workouts...generally feeling motivated! 😀

Me and my mum did the upper body dumbbell workout and then finished with this stretch this morning 💪 my dad joined for the stretch too🥳. By the end of the challenge I really want to get him to workout with us at least once. I needed the hip flexor/hamstring stretch the most. But the upper body stretches felt good after the workout too. Day 11 ✅

My favorite stretch of the workout are the neck rolls that are associated with neck stretches. Recoveries had helped me to keep intact during the challenge and kept me motivated from accomplishing my fitness goals. With that, I persevere to finish the challenge and hopefully discern a firm progress from participating in it. 🔥🔥

Hey guys, I was wondering if you had a specific video to follow for a good cool-down after any workout (cardio, upper/lower body, etc.). I love the short couple of cool down minutes you include at the end of some of your videos. Would this video be a good cool down? Would love to have one to reference anytime after any workout. I won’t lie, I had some nasty shoulder pain that wouldn’t go away even with some painkillers. Did this one day and felt some popping. Instantly feels better after my first time watching this video. Never really knew the importance of stretching.

Today, we went on a walk, then completed the full body stretch. My hamstrings are still sore and a bit tight, so I'm doubly grateful for this stretch. Looking forward to a rest day, then hitting it hard on Monday! God Bucs!

Love this stretch routine! I've been doing it for a while now after my workouts since I found your channel. I really needed a good stretch today so repeated it 3 times. Pigeon stretch always has me asking for mercy! 😅 Really needed that rest day today! Did some self-care and feeling rejuvenated and ready for tomorrow! I will make sure I will get enough of sleep as well!

Love this quick full-body stretch routine - I've been doing it in-between my workout days and have found it super helpful! I'm wondering if you have any videos or tips on how to create and maintain the proper body posture for when we sit/stand. I have a bad habit of slouching a lot and it's gotten worse since I started working from home lol I'm sure I'm not the only one who struggles with it, so even if you have time to do a quick video tutorial (I know you're both busy ppl!), I know I'd definitely appreciate it 👍🏼

Week 2 Day 4 a much needed stretch. I always love the Hip Flexor Quad / Hamstring Stretch. I always feel 1,000 percent better! afterwards. So looking forwarded to the rest of the challenge. I am also so excited with all the new videos they are absolutely amazing!!

My favorite stretch was definitely the pigeon stretch for your glutes/hips. My glutes have felt tight and stiff all week and this stretch definitely made a huge difference. Thank you!

It was a nice stretch, I probably liked the neck one the most! Oh yes, and the hamstring, since my left hamstring's been hurting a little for the last couple of days, so it was nice to stretch it. ^^ Feeling good, so glad I'm back to regular exercising again!

wk 2 day 4/5 those shoulder rolls and neck rolls really came through. common realization this week- appreciating the small things. feeling great this week this stretch was much needed. We decided to do the 100 rep challenge 🔥 as well because we'll be unable to workout tomorrow. I did sit ups, leg raises, squats, side lunges, plank reach, bench dips, lateral bounds, and mountain climbers 😓 haha.

I’ve been doing my own workouts in addition the 4 week challenge so a recovery day is always good! I actually did a HIIT workout today with a lot of shoulder work so the shoulder rotation stretch was much needed! Overall feeling good at this point of week 2!

This stretch video I use often along with other stretch videos u guys have. I love how some of the stretches u guys show, I've never have done before. My favorite stretch is the lat stretch specially after yesterday back workout I woke up sore so this definitely helped today.

I loved all the moves, especially the pigeon! 🕊 I’m feeling pretty good halfway through week 2, the workouts are challenging but doable and the rest/stretch days are placed well throughout the week so I don’t get discouraged

Repeated the same workout as yesterday (cardio & full body stretch). For breakfast I ate a rice cake w/ peanut butter & sliced bananas on top. Thanks for all the great videos.

this stretch was EXACTLY what i needed!! that upper back stretch helped loosen up tension that i had been having from before i even started this challenge! i was worried about all the cracking that was happening until juice said he was feeling it too 🤣🤣
