I've literally created two playlists for myself from your videos. One for my morning workout and another for the evening. I cannot thank you enough!! I've always struggled with my weight, I was literally born fat because my mum was diabetic during her preganancy with me. A couple of weeks ago I was feeling really bad and so I went out to the shop to buy some sweets to soothe my mood as I am an emotional eater, but the shop had a discount on Kettlebells so I bought one instead. I thought no more weakness and no more self pity, take control, of course that's easier said than done, but I had to start somewhere. My arms back and abs are sore, but I am so happy! Whenever I move and feel my muscles ache I feel a sense of accomplishment. I am too embarrassed to go to the gym to workout around people, I am obese and ungraceful, and people can be so hurtful, especially nowadays where everyone is filming themselves and others. But no matter! These vids are all I need.

Kicked my butt today with this one!!! One thing I kept thinking about through all the stretch & burn was that 7 months ago when I stumbled across Juice and Toya, I couldn’t complete any of these exercises without extreme discomfort and pain, even some tears. I love weight training. If I just do cardio or HIIT I feel wiped out and energy less. But making sure your muscles are happy is the best! I feel immediately energized afterwards, and I love that your videos are 20-30 minutes. I do my workouts in my one hour lunch, thank you!

I really loved this workout. I'm at a point in my fitness journey where my mind is like "that looks difficult", but then my body says "let's try & see". Wrapped up 2022 with this workout. Used a 30lb kettlebell and did have to drop down just a couple of times but feel every pound of that 30 pounds. This was great going into 2023 strong!

I have a 2 total knee replacements and getting on the floor and raising my knees has to be a little slower for me. Doing the lunges don't work well for me either. But I usually do another workout that was already in the line up until you guys come back to the ones I can do. I really enjoy you guys

Yo los descubrí en Agosto. Fue el único mes que mi coach no entreno a diario y me encantaron. Ahora los sigo cuando mi entrenadora publica el entrenamiento del día si no es duro, hago el de ellos y luego el de mi entrenadora porque los suyos son tan duro que te dejan sin aliento. Hoy me tocará entrenar unos 75 minutos haré pilates ring después de esto.

I just finished this workout in my lunch and oh boy!!! I used a 20 LB kettlebell…that’s the heaviest one I own right now! But, it was a really good workout!
