I bought your program 3 weeks ago and I'm really, really impressed. I've been looking for a real program for a long time that would guide me right from the start and provide me with sensible instructions. I think it is the best program and is worth every cent. Thank you very much🙏😊

I also bought the program, smoov 45, and I'm very impressed as well 💪 starting week 4 today so another 3 weeks to go! I'm really getting to know what my body is capable of and I want more! After this program I will go for the Primal 45 program 😊 recommendation for anyone new to primal movement!

Primal seems more my sort of thing than static yoga. I'm about to begin a physio program for scarred tendons in both wrists, so maybe later. I'm late 50s, might be a bit late for the fun stuff. That said, I'm a stubborn little ☠️💥🤸♂️🎉 !!

Hello SMOOV! A hugh from Italy! I had started to practice primal movements following every day the video that was banned.. it was really great and when you were forced to drop it i was really sad and upset. But now this new video is much more better! It is perfect for my morning routine and counter balance the other sport i practice: swimming. Hope you will have all the success you deserve!

I’ve always been prone to wrist injuries, but I’ve apparently healed from my most recent bout of tendinitis, while still maintaining my movement practice. I’ve done the wrist circles & other warm-up exercises, but I think what’s really effective for me is PRESSING the sites of injury, while exerting force outwards from within. I’m sure there’s a name for this, since it’s an actual therapeutic technique…..oh wait, it’s COUNTERPRESSURE & COUNTERTENSION! 😆 So yeah…that’s what I’ve been doing. I like to do this when I’m winding down in bed and in that connected, meditative zone, or when I’m sitting in front of a screen and feel inspired to work on my wrists. Through counterpressure & countertension, you can both heal injured tissues AND build additional strength. You can really feel the pressure point activation, as well, so it just feels great, all-around! 🥰

Interesting perspective and totally agree. Touch, self massage and then actually loading the tissue are all effective methods for rehabbing a particular joint. Glad you've found a nice groove with it!

I'm wondering if your programs include any elements of standard calisthenic movements. I already do some primal move stuff on Wednesdays but am concerned I'd be shortchanging the progress I've made with stuff like chin ups, ring rows, ring pushups, unilateral box squats (instead of pistols or shrimps), and such. I currently do a more traditional workout M and F and primal movement circuits plus lightsaber twirls/forms on Wednesday. I've never found a program that balances both traditional and primal moves out.
@smoovmoves7 ай бұрын
Smoov 45 is a nice blend of basic calisthenics, primal movement and stretching to prioritize strength, cardio and recovery so that would be a good fit for your needs. Primal 45 is a more complete bodyweight program that requires no equipment, very easily could use primal 45 with the addition of the calisthenics movements if youre worried about losing progress you've made.

Totally could be. People are using the library in this way and having good experiences. I like to put them in circuits. 3-5 moves for 30-60 seconds work and 15-30 rest. Check out the follow along workouts on the channel to get a feel for the structure I like to use.
