Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzbin.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

I'd love more of these 'Build Muscle Mass' videos. Love the other stuff but right now I'm looking to do each muscle group twice. Once for strength and the other more HIIT/toning oriented.

You're going to love them! I've been using them non-stop. So nice that they go up to 80lbs each -- great for some heavier lifting, but also nice when you need light weights. Enjoy!

I only have up to 30lb dumbbells, but I combined with resistance bands to add weight. Great workout.

Great workout. Just used the free weights I had. Next time I will read all the way to the bottom and with my plate weights make heavier loads. Glad I got the "bosu" ball after your post last week. Btw what weights were you using?

5 min lower ab right after this. Maybe hit the shoulder also! Next week you should try a lower/upper split programm. Thank you for this workout

Only 12.5 lbs pair of dumbbells, somehow mixed other chest exercises by remembering your previous videos and completed, gotta buy diff pair of dumbbells, Great workout bro🙏

Hey Dan, first of love your channel! Workouts are great! Question... During the bent over supine rows I feel strain in my lower back. Are my abs weak? Lifting too heavy? Wrong back angle? I'm mimicing your form. Any suggestions?

Yaa for sure and make one more challenge only for abs without equipment or only dumbell and add easy version of exercise in corner so it's good and make challenge so we can get rock hard abs

All good, bro! I know using multiple dumbbells isn't always an option. You could add bands for added resistance. Either way, can't go wrong with a push up workout 💪🏽

It’s supinated rows, not supine. Supine is lying on your back. Supinated is palms up.
