I’m in love with this workout, I had foot surgery, and I was able to complete the entire workout (minus a few push-ups), but it’s in my rotation now, and I am still sore, loving it!

Been doing this consistently for about 4 months now as a beginner, here's a quick review of the results I've noticed so far. I've noticed quite a bit of increase in muscle from my biceps, triceps, and multiple places in my arm where I've never noticed muscles before. The arm exercises seem great As for upper back and shoulders, it's more of the same. Muscles are popping up where I've never had them before. They aren't huge or anything, but it's definitely improving The places where I haven't noticed a lot of changes are the lower back and chest. Chest workouts may just be most effective with a bench honestly. You can't really get a full range of motion on the floor. Maybe my form is a bit off though, idk That's about it! I'm personally going to continue doing this for upper body until I can get a gym membership

Hello Dan, Just to clarify when you say "I'm using 20 lb & 30 lb dumbbells (9 & 14 kg)" its on total the two or each one and then will be (2x9 & 2x14) ? thanks a lot for you workouts. Love it

very good workout. However i noticed you often start with shoulders. Isn't it counterproductive to tire them out first since they're gonna be involved for all the other muscle group?

good morning and swing are both lower body exercises. I am not a fan of swings with dumbbells, there is only ONE piece of equipment for swings, and that is the kettlebell. Not sure why the swing was added to this workout. Thank you however for posting and the time taken to do so!
