I love love love the consistency of a challenge where the workouts are roughly the same length!! I only ever have 35 mins to workout so I love that I can do all of the workouts in the week!! Type A personality enjoys this! Another awesome workout Jacinta. So grateful for you!

Great workout but bit too challenging for me! Couldn’t do all the hovered knees bird dog but otherwise great strengthening especially for back where I kept my legs up as well💪 also love the stretches plus I added a spinal twist. Enjoying these workouts Jacinta 😊👏

These howered bird dogs in the beginning are really challenging and tricky in terms of balance. But I really loved the rest of this class, including the stretches! Thank you! ❤🔥

Super full body workout Jacinta. The bird dog hovers were great for core stability and quads. I definitely had to correct myself a few times for that combination. I think that was the highlight for me for this class. As you know I like anything core related 😊. Thank you.

Managed the hovered bird dog this time but a bit wobbly 🙄😊 lovely short sequence great stretches👍kept head up for all the core work & chest and legs up for back strengthening 💪

Well that was strong but slightly better this time in the hovered bird dog🙄😊 always challenge myself a bit more by not resting in between on core & back work👍😊 nice low impact but still very effective😊

To be honest that’s an advanced move so just keep the knees down for bird dog 😛 you’ll still feel the abs
