ron walton Why? I read that every movement begins with your core. Running, lifting, throwing. Good core and good forearm strength will improve your lifts.

The core is activated the most during squats and deadlifts, more so than any other isolated ab exercises. In saying that, these are all pretty solid accessory exercises to work on trunk stability.

Yo Chris, love the great content on your channel. I was wondering if you could upload some videos describing how tactical athletes (military, police, fire, rescue, EMS) should train. There isn't that much info out there on this and I think you could really help. Thanks man.

Great exercises god damn it. One question, are all those tre "anti rotation" exercises right ? Man my "library" of exercises and the way I'm training has changed a lot over the past weeks and I just realized it's because of these videos without knowing about it. Love your work chris.

Thanks Chris! I have a great fresh idea for you. You should do a video on mental training (mental reps and belief). There are tons of studies on how mental training is just as, if not more important than physical training. Thanks again for these videos!
