A Little about the condition if you want to Geek Out
PCOD is often used to describe the condition in which multiple cysts develop on the ovaries, while PCOS refers to a broader syndrome characterized by hormonal imbalances, irregular menstrual cycles, and other symptoms in addition to ovarian cysts
Difference between PCOD & PCOS:
Hormonal Imbalance: Both PCOD and PCOS involve hormonal imbalances, particularly involving androgens (male hormones) such as testosterone, androgens, and insulin.
Insulin Resistance: Insulin resistance, a condition where cells in the body do not respond effectively to insulin, leading to elevated insulin levels, is often associated with both PCOD and PCOS.
Genetic Factors: There appears to be a genetic component to both conditions, with a family history of PCOD or PCOS increasing the risk of developing these conditions.
Environmental Factors: Lifestyle factors such as diet, exercise, and stress may also play a role in the development and progression of PCOD and PCOS.

Symptoms of PCOD & PCOS:
Menstrual Irregularities: Irregular menstrual cycles, including irregular or absent periods, are common in both PCOD and PCOS.
Ovarian Cysts: Multiple cysts on the ovaries are a characteristic feature of PCOD, but they may also be present in PCOS.
Hormonal Imbalances: Elevated levels of androgens (male hormones) such as testosterone are common in both PCOD and PCOS, leading to symptoms such as acne, hirsutism (excessive hair growth), and male-pattern baldness.
Insulin Resistance: Insulin resistance and metabolic disturbances, including obesity, are often associated with both PCOD and PCOS.
Fertility Issues: Both conditions can affect fertility, with women experiencing difficulty conceiving due to irregular ovulation or lack of ovulation.

Kapalabhati (Skull Shining Breath):
Benefits for PCOD & PCOS: Kapalabhati is an energizing and cleansing breathing technique that involves forceful exhalations followed by passive inhalations. This dynamic breathwork stimulates the abdominal organs, including the ovaries, helping to improve blood circulation and detoxification. It may also help regulate insulin levels by promoting glucose utilization and improving insulin sensitivity.
Nadi shuddhi Pranayama - • How To Do Nadi Shuddhi...
Nadi Shodhana is a balancing pranayama practice that harmonizes the left and right hemispheres of the brain, promoting hormonal balance and overall well-being. By balancing the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, Nadi Shodhana can help regulate stress hormones such as cortisol, which may contribute to hormonal imbalances in PCOD and PCOS.
Bhramari Pranayama - • How to do Bhramari Pra...
Bhramari Pranayama is a soothing breathing practice that involves making a humming sound during exhalation. This gentle breathwork calms the mind, reduces stress, and promotes emotional well-being, which can be beneficial for individuals with PCOD and PCOS who may experience heightened stress and anxiety

I appreciate your request and understand its importance. It may take me some time to create a tutorial with the specific angles you're asking for. I will be working on a new video soon & I'll do my best to include the seated leg warm-ups (Goolf Naman, Goolf Chakra, Padanguli Naman) with the front view in that video.
