I have taught this little move for years and the feedback is always amazement at how much it changes things! Gaining better awareness and control of how your pelvis is tilted … i.e. anterior tilt or like you’re doing #cowpose vs posterior tilt or #catpose …not just in cat/cow but in EVERY posture *AND* through transitions … can help you: • if you’re “stuck” in an anterior tilt (how I was for yeaaarrrs) • if you’re “stuck” in a posterior tilt • notice where muscles are tight that you hadn’t noticed before like in middle splits • gain awareness of the necessary movement for #presshandstand Seriously, i know this looks weird but it’s a game changer for so many things! Yes! The micro movements are the ingredients that make up the whole movement meal! If we want a nutritious meal, we gotta have good ingredients!
