qi gong is based on correct breathing, you may want to show more about how you breathe in a balanced way during the exercises. I think the viewers are not aware of that because that is an important point during qi gong. it is not only doing the movement but also applying the correct breathing. Sink in your body and let the breathing flow true your body so you can relax even more, and it's indeed harder than you think if you do that. I think a lot of viewers would appreciate that. you are right, the breathing is important. but! some teacher say "inheal", other "exheal" at the same movement of an exercise. which one is correct? I think both, they have only different effects.

Imagine! All this comes from Buddha. A king who left everything, to give the world this. I have IPF. Like to try this. Tomorrow I decorate my temple and start this. I am 90. Living in Long Beach USA. Originally from Panjab India. Came in the Usa in 1958. Wish me luck.
