I love meal prepping. As a young woman with 2 jobs this has been a game changer for me. I am seeing the results, feeling better and I don't have the cravings to go to fast food restaurants! 😀

Dude when I first moved out on my own and tried getting healthy all I ate was chicken, rice, and assorted frozen veggies. Onion and garlic everything lol. It worked for me and I felt great but I started feeling weird because I didn't eat anything else. However messing with my food messed me up and I fell off. I'm back on it though and I had to change my mindset. Its the same thing all the time but it's what works and it's making me better.

Her advice for consistency and simplicity are gold. 1/2 cup to 1 cup - carb 4 to 5 oz - protein 1 cup - veggie

I started going to the gym and lift weight regularly last 2014-2016. Then i stopped. Not bodybuilding, but for health and happiness. You were my inspiration then.. and still til this day.. this is just what i needed to start over.

You were one of the 1st women wh9 inspired me over 3 yrs ago to step on stage as a figure competitor. But even before even stepping on stage, you were my inspiration. After last yr that was a mess, I fell off the wagon. I'm still trying to get myself up, and well your challenge came up. This is great! Comprehensive and easy! I've recently been diagnosed with insulin resistance and put on Metformin 🤢 and this is a great foundation to help get me in the right direction! Just need to make a few veggie adjustments. Thanks!

I think before step 1, you have to have the right mindset. I’ve heard all these tips before, but it took me a LOOOONNNNGGGG time to actually listen. And now that I have the right mindset, I see the value, truth and simplicity in all these tips.

I think you said everything that needs to be said about diets in the first 5 minutes. That is the best advice to give period. Change the way you think about food and your food choices. Once you do that, the rest kinda falls in place. It took me a while to get there, but I am and I am fine with eating the same things every day because it is food I like. Awesome video Dana, new subscriber here and glad I found your channel.

Thank you for sharing this important information, I don't think I have seen another video explain eating the right way in these details. And I agree that food is the most important part of healthy living, then exercise. I am late to this challenge, but I will follow these steps to try to impress my wife by leaning down to the weight I should be.

This was needed. Been depressed about my weight and all the recipes I see is brown rice and just tons of veggies. Nothing that looks tasty at all. I'm definitely going to try prepping this way.

I'm just so happy to hear you say you need salt people try to get me to cut it down but I specifically have magnesium issues and electrolyte problems. I take extra to keep my magnesium up but I can tell when I'm low because I want salt

I am far to broken up to stand a chance of winning, but I may give it a whirl just so someone is helping hold me accountable. That may give me a little extra incentive to finish training and trimming to get where I would like to be. Love the meal prep info.

I have four children the last two very close in age also had them when I was older so the pounds stuck and I believe the diabetes n high blood pressure as well even tho I'm no longer on meds god must of heard me because I don't know how I stumbled across you but thank you Im going to start meal prepping this Sunday I want to lose weight to be healthy to live longer for my children and working out I did start this week I subscribed to your channel thank you
