Hooooly! thank you very much for the first exercise. So simple yet instantly effective in my case. I forced the shoulders down and back, something popped and the pain is gone like it was magic. I'll definitely keep doing these. Thanks again!

Hi!! I have shouldere instability last few weeks and after I did he first exercise, it immediately helped a lot as it decreases the pain and popping sounds in my shoulder. Among all other videos here on youtube, this is the only one that helped a lot and thank you for that! I will now do these exercises on a regular basis to achieve full stability of my shoulder again. Again, THANKS A LOT FOR THIS VIDEO!!

Okay so doc, you just blew my mind. 2016 I strained my Right rotator cuff pulling my motorcycle as it was falling. Had some issues since. Figured well the other one is strong. In 2019 my left started giving me a fit. Turns out I tore my Labrum in my left shoulder. Resting and mostly immobilizing it for months along with 3 separate injections over the coarse of the year into my shoulder it finally felt really good. Past 5 months both shoulders started really clicking and hurting again. I started seriously lifting and doing resistance training 2 months ago. I have pain in my neck a lot and of course shoulders and lower back. I really wasn’t sure about chiropractors. But I have noticed my Posture has been 💩 for many years. I have rounded shoulders slumping forward. If a Chiropractor can legitimately fix this along with me doing my part I will be eternally grateful. I feel my posture has caused all of this and maybe even my lower back pain. Can’t wait to make an appointment to see a really good chiropractor nearby. I pray he can fix me 🙏🏼. This video just described me abs everything I’ve been going through. Thank You!!

My physiotherapist recommended the band exercise but said to make sure the elbows stay next to the body. One other good exercise was to help the fluid in the shoulder, bend over and swing the arm clockwise 20 times then anticlockwise for 20 rotations. It worked for me.

This Actually works. I hurt my shoulders on 21st January 2022, Friday while doing Pelican Curls for the first time. After dinner at the same day, I couldn't reach higher than my shoulder height with my left arm. Been searching and doing different tips to reduce my shoulder pain. It's very uncomfortable. I came upon this video on Saturday night, repeat the steps on Sunday night (last night) before I go to bed. And now I could continue my workout routine today as normal. The Stinging Pain was gone completely, but still my shoulder was a little bit sore but the pain is completely gone now. Thank you so much for saving my money ^___^

Excellent Video! Pressing down on a table and walking backwards made me yell out in pain. Both my shoulders impinged to basic be seized. When I turn my hands out, I feel the rush of blood to my hands that feels great! 42 years of pushing around concrete made me extra strong, but it was equally at the expense of mobility and other muscles. We sure do need fitness that's balanced!

I was hit with shoulder impingement all of a sudden about a week ago after having spent most of my daily time sitting at the computer for almost 2 years working online during the pandemic lockdowns. Unfortunately, at least in my case, this syndrome doesn't provide any warning signs of gradual development but strikes when it's too late to arrest. Thanks for the tips which I've coupled with another set of exercises I learned recently. From now on, I'll pay attention to sitting upright at the computer while doing these exercises intermittently. This will take patience since shoulder impingement is said to take 3-6 months to completely heal or up to a year in severe cases. I haven't noticed any redness and swelling around the shoulder, so my case may not be that serious. The root cause for me was continuous bad posturing at the desk while not swimming and working out at the gym on a regular basis to counter what has transpired.

Great video! Exactly what I needed. Fighting with burning shoulder pain sucks and this can help. I’ll track this to be consistent along with my usual workouts. But I’ll start with 4 sets of 10x 10 sec for the hand open rotation (with should blade contractions). That one exercise alone is critical for me as a desk-jockey and Oly lifter. Content was outstanding. May I suggest a lapel mic for your next videos? It will help with the audio quality. Best! Steve

The table pushing: 1. Should the table only be on the side of your body? Can both shoulders be done together facing a table? 2. Should the scapulas be depressed and back (as we often hear) or should we relax it and let the scapular rotate and shrug for this one to minimise impingement? Thanks, trying these out

My 9 year old son had a bad case of shoulder impingement from pitching. I've tried this method for a couple of days and there was no improvement so I got some cortisone from a friend of a friend, stuck that in his rotator cough then VOILA he was good to go for a few days. The symptoms came back because of baseball practices and games, so I gave him another shot nine days later and he was good to go for a couple more games. These type exercises and very time consuming. I'm sure this video is spot on, and if you had more time, it would do the job.

Great video. Thanks alot for posting. It's worth noting that sometimes shoulder pain can be related to a slight tear in the corracobrachialis and have nothing to do with an impingement or disfuncion syndrome. Which, although is quite rare only requires REST until the tear is healed. Just wanted to add that for those that can't quite determine the cause of their discomfort. ps. The earth is flat
