Sir, I never put comments on KZbin but I have to comment on this video. I had tennis elbow and started working out after five weeks. This video helped me a lot. Also, I used your Multi Collagen Pro for my tennis elbow and after just five weeks I am back to lifting. Sir, this was much needed video, faced this issue two times, when I started working out after a long gap, my mind was at the point where i left my workouts, started working out with low intensity for just a week after that increased intensity and ended up having serious neck injury due to which i was not able to do minimal movements with my neck. Please bring a more detailed video along with regimen and intensity one should follow after a reasonable amount of gap.
