Day 7 of the Just Workout Squad 30-Day Workout Challenge is
'I AM READY'
Repeat this affirmation before every task or big action today.
This powerful affirmation is all about defeating FEAR and becoming un-stuck!
The Key phrase for this Workout is: I AM READY
I - 15 Burpees
A - 40 Jumping Jacks
M - 30s Wall Sit
R - 60s Air Punches
E - 25 Jumping Squats
A - 40 Jumping Jacks
D - 30 Alternating Lunges
Y - 30 Sit ups
You only need to do 1x Round of this workout and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.
Modifications are included.

7 weeks 4 days postpartum: I skipped yesterday cuz I had lower back pain. Today I am back on track! I skipped burpees tho cuz I heard my knees crack on the first burpee 😅 my baby woke up two times so I had to pause the video but I finished it 😊 way to go!

Day 7: I am still here, I felt gross today and didn’t feel like doing it, but since most her vid are short anyway, so I just tell myself to just do it and get it over with. Finish all the workout, and didn’t give up half way or anything. So feeling pretty good about that.

I have completed day 7. I have always came back even with no motivation. I missed yesterday due to work (cause a 12 hour shift caring for animals) but ended up completing it today. I have t noticed any significant changes in my body but I have noticed that I have better endurance for these exercises. So it’s at least giving me more stamina. 😊

I haven’t been doing it repeatedly, but when I can I do it and I’ve seen a lot of progress. Just because you don’t do it one day doesn’t mean you gave up, you always have another chance💗

I want to thank you for your creative workouts and being able to keep the 30-day challenge different and challenging every day. The only thing I would like to see is that you count down so that it makes it easy to know where we are in the set.

Thanks for putting this challenge together! It’s really gotten me motivated! So far there’s been no dedicated work out for the back which I miss, cause I got a weak back/back pain. So for the next challenge, that would be great! (I also miss tricep work outs ☺️)

Done Day7 😅 those jumping squats are killing me but I won't give up one week done for me it's 3 weeks working out with the 14 day challenge tomorrow its rest day for me I will be back with day 8 on Monday 😂❤

did this circuit 2x and had to pause the video to get all of my burpees in - definitely not doing them correctly but I got my heart rate going! Absolutely wild how i used to loathe wall sits, and now I'm like PLEASE GET THE THROUGH THESE BURPEES SO I CAN WALL SIT

Day 7 I AM Ready! When I saw burpees and squats 🤦🏾‍♀️. I kept saying I'm ready and pushed through. It helped. Going to try hard to connect this affirmation to my goals and life. Thanks so much 👍🏽💪🏾😊

Whew....These are awesome workouts. Been doing since July 25th and I have lost 8 pounds and 4 inches. Now off to see what else can happen at the end of 30 days. Thank You Vivian

I am ready but not for the knee engaging exercises. I completed Day 7 with modifications used for the lunges. Sweating, ready for a shower and my stamina has improved significantly. Btw, absolutely CRUSHED the wall sitting exercise 👊💪
