I have been so committed to these workouts and I'm proud of myself! I always start a challenge then get lazy and fall off. Start, then fall off. But you make these workouts so fun and easy and I love that there are modified versions. Yesterday for Day 4, I pushed myself and did two rounds! Thank you for this!

6 weeks 6 days postpartum: I had to do the modified exercises for military planks and push ups. But I did the other exercises! I love butt bridges a lot!! Wish there would be more glutton exercises in the future (putting my baby to sleep was harder than working out 😅)

things I don't know how to do well or not at all: military planks and push ups things this video had me do 60 of: military planks and push ups well, really 120 because I did the circuit twice. Either way, goodness. my arms are weak as sin and my knees are not made to do the modified versions so here we are.

Day 5 - MILITARY PLANKS - almost had it. Had to stop at reps 17 - HIGH KNEES - Had to pause Felt like I wasn't doing it right. Plus had to catch my breath - PUSH UPS - I did the modified version. - MILITARY PLANKS- tried it but had to finish with modified version Every other exercise not mention I completed easily. OVERALL: good workout. Let's keep it coming. You can do it!
