Day 5 done! Today (Feb. 5th) is my 1 year anniversary of quitting smoking. 🎉 I am rather proud of myself for my accomplishment :)

Cant believe I made it to Day 5...im literally in tears... this yea I am learning strict discipline and I am happy to be apart of this project....I literally "I AM STRONG" myself to sleep last night. lol. Getting it in my subconscious mind.

I have been so committed to these workouts and I'm proud of myself! I always start a challenge then get lazy and fall off. Start, then fall off. But you make these workouts so fun and easy and I love that there are modified versions. Yesterday for Day 4, I pushed myself and did two rounds! Thank you for this!

I was so proud of myself for keeping up with the military planks- then there was a second round!! 💀😂 thank you for these workouts and the support, I'm already feeling stronger and even more motivated!! ❤❤

I’ve been excited everyday to work out, EXCEPT TODAY. Man, I had to force myself. I had no motivation and wanted to stop after each exercise in this video and I kept going. I did 50 glute bridges! I’m proud of myself 🥺

I love how you start with affirmations. I’ve had a rough morning since Day 3 and EVERY Affrirmation has helped me get though each workout. I’m am proud of myself even through modifications lol

I've done day 5. Was very tough, because I didn't sleep well, plus I am in a really low mood. The reason why I've done it, because I've made a decision earlier that I would do it this month. So I just done it, because the decision has already been made. Proud of myself.

6 weeks 6 days postpartum: I had to do the modified exercises for military planks and push ups. But I did the other exercises! I love butt bridges a lot!! Wish there would be more glutton exercises in the future (putting my baby to sleep was harder than working out 😅)

things I don't know how to do well or not at all: military planks and push ups things this video had me do 60 of: military planks and push ups well, really 120 because I did the circuit twice. Either way, goodness. my arms are weak as sin and my knees are not made to do the modified versions so here we are.

I actually cried in the 3rd day because I can't bare with the pain anymore but I force myself to finish it and after that I cried again wondering what if I'm not like this?

day 5 done, still struggeling and doing most of them even more modified than the tutorial suggest e.g. wall push-ups instead of the ones shown. but pushing thru! i cant do glute bridges to save my life tho. maybe my knees are the reason?

Day 5 - MILITARY PLANKS - almost had it. Had to stop at reps 17 - HIGH KNEES - Had to pause Felt like I wasn't doing it right. Plus had to catch my breath - PUSH UPS - I did the modified version. - MILITARY PLANKS- tried it but had to finish with modified version Every other exercise not mention I completed easily. OVERALL: good workout. Let's keep it coming. You can do it!
