Ya’ll!! I almost died!! This what the first time I did this workout and thought I could do all the moves… I broke down and had to the modified version for the side lunges. I sweated my behind off!! I almost cried when I saw round 2 of 4. lol Thank you for this workout. Lost 30 pounds so far with these videos!

Did this workout during quarantine for a bit. Helped my body looked really toned even as a bigger girl. I dropped it and decided to come back to it after not being super satisfied with the way I look recently. Definitely a bit more difficult than before but it's okay. Going to try to boost myself and do this 3 times a week. Love this workout, thank you ❤️

I just did this workout and I am sweating! Can someone educate me on the difference between low and high impact workouts? I know you need to sweat to lose weight but I'd always avoided low impact workouts until now. Never again. Thanks Mr and Mrs Muscle.

Hello!! Good morning!!1 5am workout!! This was challenging AND I LUV"D EVERY SECOND!!! I am completely drenched in 30 degree weather and I feel HEATED!!!! I am so glad I found this channel. Right tot he point, with modified version and less jumping and simple moves but lord that make me burn. I do have a question. Maybe you or someone else can jump in on this one. I was just getting back into things with my KB and DB. I do have 15lb DB and I have been using the 10 so not to hurt myself, but I am finding I am having so much trouble going faster than you do in this video. I thought is this just a bad habit of trying to whip through this workout or do I need to jump to the 15 b and focus more on staying in time with you?
