Just because it is LOW impact don't be thinking this workout is easy. the 50 second time periods are excruciating and i find myself pleading for the bell to ring... thanks again for another great workout miss.

This was so hard, I almost gave up but I only had 20% left. That‘s why I kept to it. Thx for this. Right now we are in Italy and eating a lot. This helps me to still feel fit every day. Your videos are amazing

I love the fact that you have this kind of workout routines. Right know I have some medical issues that prevent me from doing high intensity exercises. This routine was perfect for me to start again slowly. I hope I can recover my strength soon.

Same, and I love that they're actually still intense! Sometimes your knees and ankles need a break from jumping but you still want to get a good workout

it was a killer! especially my core was dying (I was dead altogether ater this), I was sweating, burning, hear pumping, super! appreciated this very much. I always modify workouts to the low impact version because I do not feel well after jumping (joints pain) so I appreciated I could follow it as it was created this time. Perfect! This was great! I couldn't do all the plank stuff because of pervious ab surgeries but I did other moves. Tons of sweat and gave me a lot of energy after! Awesome job on this great workout!

I just discovered you a few months ago and I've gotta say- your workouts are top-notch! Truly challenging but your instructional (or editing?) style is so easy and intuitive. You give a lot of warning before moving on to the next move. My body has changed noticeably since starting your workouts- losing fat, gaining muscle, and improving my cardio fitness. Low impact does not mean easy, don't be fooled. It just means there is no jumping - it is less harsh in the joints and the downstairs neighbours :)
