Your workouts are my favourite ones! Love the way you show the movements: slowly but in a dynamic way; love the structure of the videos: the remaining secs, the next movement, the name of the movements, so the whole thing! You kill me every time but these half hours are my new addiction. :) I hated all kind of sports in the past, so you did/do good job! :)

I injured my ankle about three weeks ago and haven’t been able to work out until now and this was the perfect way to get into it again! There’s still some parts that I can’t do (lunges for example) that put too much weight on my foot, but during those exercises I just do a plank hold or a glute bridge! I’ve missed working out to your videos SO much! Finally sweaty and happy again 🙌

Wow. This was amazing and intense yet alright on my joints. The thing that would make it better would be less things where you have to put your weight on your wrists. Ever since my surgery I really can’t do any of them and did other exercises during those times.
