Your workouts are my favourite ones! Love the way you show the movements: slowly but in a dynamic way; love the structure of the videos: the remaining secs, the next movement, the name of the movements, so the whole thing! You kill me every time but these half hours are my new addiction. :) I hated all kind of sports in the past, so you did/do good job! :)

Let's do it! Low impact are just said to be low.. They are far more intense as they work accordingly on each and every muscle moment in a controlled manner. 💯✨🙌😃

Hi Anna! Had been doing all your low impacts lately and now at 16th week pregnancy at age 40. Thanks for doing so many low impact workout lately that is challenging enough and safe for me. Had been doing all your workout daily pre-preg and this definitely made me strong enough to continue now.

I injured my ankle about three weeks ago and haven’t been able to work out until now and this was the perfect way to get into it again! There’s still some parts that I can’t do (lunges for example) that put too much weight on my foot, but during those exercises I just do a plank hold or a glute bridge! I’ve missed working out to your videos SO much! Finally sweaty and happy again 🙌

Active cal 180 I did this as a finisher to a total body strength workout. It was great and I loved that it was low impact!

Its a very good and hard workout for low impact, I love it. But not very knee friendly. I have to take many breaks to finish it.

Wow. This was amazing and intense yet alright on my joints. The thing that would make it better would be less things where you have to put your weight on your wrists. Ever since my surgery I really can’t do any of them and did other exercises during those times.

I could definitely use more of these apartment-friendly videos... my neighbor is now complaining about my jumping:') ooops... I would make them longer than 30 mins though because there isn't as much jumping!
